Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect: We do not collect any customer information. We will not give out any personal information about our members to any person or organization. We will only make an exception to this rule in response to unlawful activity by a subscriber, or if required to do so by a law enforcement agency with the necessary authority.

When you subscribe to any Meadows Productions website, here is what happens:

• The online financial transaction is controlled entirely by one of our payment processing partners: Epoch Systems (Paycom), Verotel Merchant Services (also known as Ticketsclub), or Bee-Tokens. (Meadows Productions only controls and processes payments for direct sales of its videotapes and DVDs.)
• Part of this transaction requires you to provide information (including credit card details) into an online form using the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL).
• During this entire process you are dealing directly with the appropriate payment processor (thus the important issue is whether you trust that payment processor, not whether you trust Meadows Productions).
• The privacy policy of each of these three companies, including a description of all information they record about you during the online transaction, can be found here for Paycom, here for Verotel, and here for Bee-Tokens (note that all three put a cookie on your computer, but it is perfectly innocuous).
• Paycom and Verotel allow us access to your payment transaction number and user name or user code number, but they are stored on their own secure servers. (The transaction numbers and, for Verotel, the user code are generated automatically when you join -- these numbers are also e-mailed to the address you provide, and we suggest you store them in a safe place, since they help us provide you with customer service).
• We do not collect any additional information about you, unless you knowingly provide us with it at a later date.

Here are some of our additional privacy policies:

• We do not collect, sell, or give any information about you to any person or organization outside of Meadows Productions.
• In order to enter the members area, your browser will need to accept a cookie. The only purpose of this cookie is so you can enter the members area by using your password. This cookie does not do any spying or tracking on your computer.
• We do not put any spyware or scumware on your computer. If you are not familiar with the concept of spyware, you may be surprised at how much spyware has already been installed on your computer by other websites without your knowledge or permission! LavaSoftUSA offers a very good program that finds and removes spyware from your computer, called AdAware, and I highly recommend it.
• None of our pages feature pop-up ads. If you ever see a pop-up on our website, then you are viewing it through a frame on somebody else's website. Go directly to our website and you will never see a pop-up ad.
