How
will this charge appear on my credit card statement?
The charge appears as "IBILLCS.com*Meadows Productions".
It won't say anything about Phil Carson, BondageWeb.com, or anything
else.
I can't get past the join page, is something
wrong?
You might be trying to join when Ibill is off-line for maintenance,
but this occurs only a few times each month (normally between 5-7 am
EST). You may also need to update your browser. Ibill uses SSL
3.0 encryption on their subscription pages, so if you have an older
browser or you're using AOL's browser, you may experience problems.
We strongly suggest using another browser, preferably Microsoft
Internet Explorer, but Netscape
will also work.
Ibill says "Declined Limit Reached"
and won't let me join. What do I do?
This usually means you have entered something incorrectly on the form
more than one time. Wait 24 to 48 hours and try again (making sure you
enter all information correctly), and it will usually go through.
Why
does it say "Negative Record Code" when I try to join?
Ibill keeps a database of what they call "negative records".
If you have received this message, it means either that Ibill
has processed chargebacks against this credit card in the past, or that
your credit card company won't accept charges from Ibill. This
may also occur if you have cancelled an older purchase directly through
Ibill, rather than through the site's webmaster. Since you are
technically purchasing your membership from Ibill, they have
the right to refuse your credit card, and there is nothing we can do
about it.
What if I only want a one-month membership
without re-billing ... are you going to make it hard to cancel?
You may cancel anytime you wish. To cancel, you can click
here, or click on the "Cancel Membership" link on
the Members' Area index page, and follow the instructions. You can also
go directly to Ibill's Customer
Service website to cancel. If you have problems cancelling,
you can e-mail cancel@BondageWeb.com,
but we ask you to request cancellation at least 3 days before your rebill
date.
My question isn't here ... so what do I do
now?
E-mail the webmaster.
